With over 20 years real estate experience, Bill understands that the whole process of buying or selling a home, especially in Manhattan, can be a stressful and complicated experience. A resident of the Upper West Side for 40 years, Bill extensive knowledge of the city’s different neighborhoods allows him to feel comfortable selling properties throughout the city. He has sold cooperatives, condominiums and townhouses in all price ranges.
Bill is highly respected throughout the brokerage community for his integrity, professionalism and innovative thinking. He is the “Broker Specialist” for the Richard Meier Perry Street Condominium and 505 Greenwich Street.
Before joining Brown Harris Stevens in 2000, Bill worked Douglas Elliman for several years. His other past successful career paths have been as a buyer for Bergdorf Goodman and Saks Fifth Avenue and as the Director of Peter Kump's New York Cooking School. He brings the same professionalism, negotiating skills, and attention to detail to his real estate transactions. Bill is a graduate of Middlebury College.
