He founded SAC Sports Family, a sports management and marketing firm, in 2010. Among his clients are some of the NBA’s top prospects, including: Cameron Johnson of the Phoenix Suns, the 11th pick of the 2019 NBA Draft; Desmond Bane, of the Memphis Grizzlies, 30th pick of the 2020 NBA Draft. Prior to Brown Harris Stevens and SAC Sports Family, Seth was an entrepreneur with ventures in mortgage, finance, and hospitality.
With athletes and friends asking for guidance in real estate decisions as they joined new teams in new cities, he proactively obtained his real estate license to be able to directly assist those clients through that process. While his real estate business soared, his sports management company continued to grow. In 2020, he seamlessly blended both ventures together to develop and lead Brown Harris Stevens’ Sports & Entertainment Division.
