Peter has partnered with BJ Engler since 2010, and together, they have found buyers great home/investments and strategically marketed/sold all types of properties for individual owners, and launched new developments in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Riverdale. As exclusive brokers, the duo has successfully sold out 10 new developments over the past 15 years including Navy Green in Brooklyn, 148 East 24th Street, 23 West 116th Street (The Adeline), 543 West 122nd Street (the Vandewater). In total, the team has closed on over $500 million in property sales since 2010 and been named BHS Development Marketing “Brokers of the Year” in 2013, 2015 & 2018.
Peter is a graduate of Amherst College, where he played varsity basketball and golf, with a BA in Economics. He has been a Harlem resident for almost 20 years where he lives with his wife and three daughters.
