A born-and-raised New Yorker, Marjorie attended the City's High School of the Performing Arts, where she was a dancer, and went on to become a magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University, where she earned both her undergraduate and law degrees.

Before entering the real estate field, Marjorie enjoyed a successful career as an attorney. She was a litigator with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, one of New York City's most esteemed global law firms, for over a decade. She later served the Justice Department by overseeing compliance with a front-page tax matter. Along with advocating for high-profile clients, Marjorie dedicated her pro-bono efforts to landmarks preservation, an area she is still passionate about, having served on the boards of the New York Landmarks Conservancy and Friends of the Upper East Side Historic Districts.

Rooted in Marjorie's decision to become a broker is her conviction that her experience as an advocate and problem solver allows her to provide meaningful advice to people during watershed moments — the decision to buy or sell a home. All in a city she knows and loves.

As with her legal clients, Marjorie is truly "on your team" and works tirelessly to ensure you receive individualized attention, market education, and the due diligence needed to guide you throughout the process. As a native New Yorker, Marjorie delights in offering recommendations for things to do and see throughout the city, from the latest ballet showcase to hidden parks and gardens few non-locals are familiar with. In her free time, Marjorie enjoys city life, family time, museum hopping, walks with her dogs, tons of reading, and the occasional foray into fitness (which also mainly involves reading).
