Lauren Greaves takes the saying “love what you do” to heart. Not only does she pour herself into her real estate business but she knows that doing it all with a smile and a little laughter makes it that much better. This funny and fiercely loyal lady knows a thing or two about living in the moment...and laughing a lot.
Lauren Greaves has been in the real estate industry for over a decade, and joined The Kirkpatrick Team in the fall of 2013, adding her own drive for success, passion for Palm Beach real estate and local knowledge to the team. Her background in Communications and Public Relations, along with a degree from Flagler College, helped Lauren cement her place in the Palm Beach County real estate industry and within the highly successful Kirkpatrick Team. Over the years, Lauren has received industry accolades including Top Listing Team of the Year (every year since 2014), as well as national rankings with Real Trends “America’s Best Real Estate Professionals” in 2021 and 2022 (#1 in West Palm Beach/ #55 in Florida, and #1 in West Palm Beach and #22 in Florida, respectively). In 2021, Lauren and her partners at The Kirkpatrick Team sold over 111 homes and $170 million in inventory. Their record-breaking success didn’t come without a lot of hard work and dedication to their clients.
As a new mom, Lauren is currently learning to navigate career waters with a newborn in tow during an epic real estate market. However, she still finds time for her philanthropy and love of travel. As a breast cancer survivor, Lauren has a passion for life that shows through in all that she touches. Whether it is fundraising for Susan G. Komen, or traveling through Africa or Europe with her husband and family, the smart and quirky Maryland-native finds the best life has to offer and soaks it all in with a smile.
Adding to her dedication to philanthropy, Lauren is committed to Meals on Wheels and their annual Pie It Forward campaign, which takes place each Thanksgiving. She is also an avid animal lover and rescue-owner, who supports Big Dog Ranch and the Peggy Adams Foundation.
However, nothing shines through stronger than Lauren’s love of her community. You can find her strolling along Flagler Drive, at the local parks with her husband, son and two dogs, or cheering on and donating to the Phipps Park youth baseball team. “Living directly in the area that I sell certainly gives me a better appreciation of my neighbors and the community,” says Lauren. “I wake up every morning and take my dogs for a walk along Flagler Drive. It’s a magical place in which we live, and I am lucky to work for the community.”
