Justine M. Bray heads the sales force of the Elaine Clayman / Justine Bray Team at Brown Harris Stevens and is Elaine’s daughter and partner. She joined Brown Harris Stevens in the Summer of 2003. As the daughter of Elaine Clayman, Justine's decision to make a career of residential real estate was a natural one. Her real estate interests and capabilities in the market are somewhat of a family trait. Elaine invited Justine to be her partner in January 2013. They are very excited about bringing their award winning team to even greater heights as they serve their clients.
Justine entered the family business in 1995, becoming a licensed real estate agent while working with Elaine at the Elaine Clayman Realty Group. Simultaneously, she attended Marymount Manhattan College on the Upper East Side, where she received a B.S. in Marketing.
After graduation, Justine joined Viacom in the MTV Networks Division. There, she oversaw daily operations and sales planning support for Nickelodeon Home Video and Music. She also advised management of industry trends—coordinating development and production of corporate ventures in the Consumer Products Division. Justine then accepted a position with Unilever-Calvin Klein Cosmetics as Assistant Manager of Global Marketing, where she contributed to strategic planning and development for major product campaigns. Calvin Klein recognized Justine's leadership ability and communication skills, and she was asked to coordinate special projects and national functions.
Notwithstanding a successful, burgeoning career in corporate marketing, the world of New York City real estate kept calling. Deciding to return to her roots, Justine left the corporate sector to rejoin Elaine at Brown Harris Stevens. Elaine understood that Justine's natural compassion for people, her incredible focus, and her strong work ethic would be the perfect assets for her clients. Thoughtful and thorough, Justine's primary concern is matching customer's needs with the right property. This focused methodology has become a trademark of the Elaine Clayman / Justine Bray Team and a cornerstone of their award-winning success. In an effort to give something back for each completed transaction, Elaine and Justine practice donating to charity with every check they receive.
