Through various market cycles, the Carsons have used their seasoned marketing and negotiating skills to guide their clients to successful closings on properties of all sizes and prices, from multimillion-dollar apartments to small studios—uptown and downtown—to co-ops and condos. Through the years they have built a large referral and repeat loyal client base.
Jerry came from an extremely distinguished career in marketing and sales for “Naturalizer Footwear,” part of Brown Shoe Company. He was based in New York. After generating over $15 million in sales annually, and 35 years mastering his career, Jerry left to head two new shoe companies before deciding to pursue his other passion: real estate. This was not a totally new venture for Jerry as during his years at Naturalizer he successfully bought, managed, and sold multiple high-end residences all over Long Island.
His reputation of diligence, honesty, and reliability combined with his ability to take charge when a situation requires leadership has followed him. Being twice elected to the Co-op Board of his Manhattan apartment proves that these characteristics are acknowledged by others.
The Carsons have been New York residents for over 35 years. Through the years they have successfully bought, sold, and built their own properties in Manhattan and the suburbs.
