Felise’s results-oriented reputation is a result of her roster of closed sales, hard work and keen negotiation skills. Her customers will attest to a strong knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness to their needs, attention to detail, sound judgement, tenacity and effective, individual service. Her knowledge and experience spans the entire city.
She and her husband raised their six children in Manhattan. In addition her husband Hilly was born and raised on the Upper West Side. The family’s history in Manhattan dates back to the early 1880’s. Over the years through family and friends Felise has been acquainted and familiar with many of the most prominent properties throughout the city. This first-hand knowledge has been a great asset in guiding her clients through their buying and/or selling experience.
Finally, in addition to her technical skills, she has a sincere interest and concern for people. Even with her success, Felise has never lost sight of the fact that in the final analysis it is individuals who are buying and selling their homes. At all times she is guided by her commitment to integrity, honesty and confidentially.
