Residing in East Hampton, he has extensive knowledge of Hampton hamlets and villages, with the real estate market and technical understanding to support all his clients and ensure they continue to get only the best results. Previously, David’s management abilities have earned him industry recognition, with honors such as the Philadelphia Best Luxury High-Rise Apartment Building, Developer of the Year, and fastest lease-up. His residential development and construction experience range from single-family projects to large-scale apartment buildings, to student housing, to a wide range of historically certified adaptive reuse properties, in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
David holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and a JD from the University of Miami. David and his wife have maintained a house in Wainscott since 2011 and after vacationing here for several years have made it their year-round home. In addition to enjoying the many activities and pursuits available on the East End with their yellow Labrador Retriever Rosie, including, of course, the beach, the Blumenfelds especially enjoy the Hamptons International Film Festival.
