Her expertise in the Southampton Village Estate section and environs has included select sold transfers on prestigious lanes: Gin Lane, First Neck lane, South Main Street, Little Plains Road.
Prior careers in education and politics have provided her with keen analytical and research skills. Educated in New York City (Spence, CSH - 91st Street and Fordham '88) and abroad (the Sorbonne and Trinity College, Dublin), she has traveled extensively and is fluent in French.
Christine has a solid referral business from former clients and customers and has significant connections with colleagues in the BHS New York and Palm Beach offices.
