As a proud owner of two co-op apartments, Bryan understands the buying, selling, renting, and renovation process on a personal level. After 7 years with another firm, Bryan switched to Brown Harris Stevens in 2016. During his career, he has sold more than $69,000,000 worth of real estate.

For sellers, Bryan is a strategic marketer who markets the property to its advantage and to its target audience in order to produce a qualified purchaser who can close on the unit. He utilizes all potential strategies when considering a new listing, including working with sellers to stage vacant apartments, utilizing contractors to get apartments "showroom ready," and going the extra mile to understand all of the co-op or condo's policies so there are no surprises for potential buyers. While working through each transaction, Bryan preemptively considers next steps to ensure the transaction moves as smoothly as possible.

For purchasers, he takes an advisory approach, closely analyzing sold and "in contract" listings in much the same way an appraiser does. This ensures his clients understand the market value of a property. He also critically analyzes current listings to understand floorplans, photos, views, and monthly charges so as to not waste his buyer’s time.

Prior to working in real estate, Bryan worked for several years as a landscape architect at a Manhattan firm specializing in the design and installation of rooftop terrace gardens and townhouse gardens. His design experience lends itself well to envisioning the possibilities for a space. The gut renovations of two apartments he owned were educational experiences, and these experiences allow him to act as a resource for his purchasers when considering spaces that have untapped potential.

Customers and clients enjoy Bryan’s constant attention to detail, engaging approach, and sense of humor. When not hard at work for his customers or clients, Bryan enjoys traveling, skiing, cooking, and running. He also volunteers as a mentor at Children of Promise NYC, a non-profit organization in the Bedford-Stuyvesant (Bed-Stuy) neighborhood in Brooklyn, which seeks to empower and support children who have an incarcerated parent.

Bryan graduated cum laude from Fordham University in New York City with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Visual Arts. He spent a year abroad at University College London. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Bryan was also a men’s figure skater who competed at the national level.

Client Testimonials:

“I have had Bryan as my broker now twice. First to find a renter for my property and more recently to list and sell my coop. His knowledge of the market is outstanding. He achieved for me more money than I expected in both cases and quite frankly that's the point! Second to that every step of the way he was on point. I highly recommend him.” –Gary J., seller
“This was my first purchase, so Bryan’s knowledge at every stage was more than helpful; it was essential. I am certain that his guidance in the bidding resulted in a price which I could not have managed on my own. When the board waived my interview after reviewing my application, I knew it was due more to Bryan’s exhaustive preparation than anything else. I recommend him without reservation” –Jeff K., buyer
“Bryan made our sale seem so effortless considering we are investors in another state. His knowledge of the area and current real estate market is very impressive. I will definitely use Bryan again in the future and highly recommend him for your real estate needs.” –Sharon D., seller
