Having grown up in a family of developers, brokers and builders, real estate was a natural choice for Brittanie. Her brothers, for instance, are co-owners of Bowers Construction, a successful home building company in Atlantic Canada. Brittanie delights in connecting with clients and helping them achieve their goals. She is a skillful negotiator and communicator who works diligently to ensure all parties are satisfied upon reaching the closing table.
As a member of the team, Brittanie has helmed an effective and efficient cooperative and condominium board application process unique to the industry, of which every step is precisely streamlined and organized. Her ability to navigate documents and paperwork with ease, simplify complex financial information, and proactively collaborate and communicate with clients and other industry professionals is truly unmatched. Originally from Nova Scotia, Canada, Brittanie graduated with a BA in English and Psychology from Saint Mary’s University. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a BSC from Dalhousie University. Upon completion of her studies, Brittanie travelled extensively and taught English in the Philippines, Finland, and Sweden.
A dedicated wife and mother of two, Brittanie enjoys Yoga, the arts, being in nature, and dancing to music in the living room with her kids. She is involved in various philanthropic organizations, including New York Cares and Food for the Hungry International.
