Not only does she specialize in cooperatives, townhouses and condominiums on the Upper East and West Sides of Manhattan, Bunny has represented customers Downtown as well. Her varied client base includes individuals from the financial, philanthropic and entertainment worlds, CEOs of major corporations, as well as her wide network of friends and family.
Her ethics and professionalism are evidenced by the repeat business she gets from her clients, often completing numerous transactions for the same family. Bunny recently concluded her eleventh and ninth sales for two long-term clients.
Bunny is known in the industry as a broker who gets the deal done. She is an experienced, sophisticated professional with extensive knowledge of today’s residential real estate market. Most important, her clients, whether buying or selling, receive hands-on individual attention.
Recently Bunny has been assigned as Broker Specialist for two prominent Upper East Side buildings, 136 East 79th Street and 215 East 72nd Street, managed by Brown Harris Stevens.
In addition to her real estate career, Bunny is an accomplished equestrian, successfully competing in Florida, the Hamptons and the New York area.
