A native New Yorker who resides on the Upper East Side, Anisa graduated from the University of Albany with a double major in Political Science and Sociology. Before joining Brown Harris Stevens, Anisa was a top broker for eleven years and Multi-Million Dollar Club Member at Corcoran Group Real Estate . Prior to Corcoran, Anisa was head of membership development for Lotte Berk Method Ltd., a upscale Manhattan health club where she honed her outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
From being raised in a large, close-knit Indian family, Anisa learned "being successful is not necessarily measured by what you have, but what you do for others and how you make the most of life along the way." Besides helping clients with their real estate needs, Anisa volunteers her time helping worthy causes supporting the welfare of children and animals. Anisa enjoys traveling, gourmet cooking, shopping and knitting, plus outdoor pursuits like running, hiking and walking her Frenchie in Central Park. Anisa also attends cooking classes when time allows. But her all-time favorite pastime is spending time with her adorable French bulldog, Purl.
