Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Amelia brings a diverse international background and network of connections to her real estate career. She spent time in Lima as a financing/loan officer and then in NYC as trading officer, as well as working at UNICEF at the United Nations headquarters offices.
From 1993 to 2008, Amelia owned and managed a construction company specializing in building and renovating exquisite homes throughout the Hamptons. The experience gave her a wide range of expertise that she thoughtfully imparts upon clients navigating their own renovation projects. She has ample experience working with waterfront properties—one of her areas of specialty.
Approximately 90% of Amelia’s business comes from referrals—a testament to the strong relationships she cultivates with her clients.
