An Upper East Side resident with her husband and three children, Zina has a deep understanding of the Manhattan lifestyle, from young professionals to families with young and teenage children. For clients with children, Zina offers her perspective and personal experience with the challenging application processes for New York City pre-school, kindergarten, secondary institutions and college. Zina has been an involved parent for over a decade in the Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School and Riverdale Country School communities, and more recently her older children have moved on to college at Princeton and Cornell.
Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Zina earned a BS from the Universidad Simon Bolivar in Caracas and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. Before launching her real estate career, she worked at Citigroup and Accenture, where she honed her skills in marketing, strategy, financial analysis and project management. She draws upon her business judgment, expertise and vision to bring the best value for her clients’ real estate decisions.
Zina is passionate about art and design, and is involved in leading organizations such IPCNY and the Guggenheim Museum of Art, where she serves on the Education Committee. Zina’s objective is to apply the same appreciation and keen sense for art and design to her clients’ projects. Zina enjoys working with people and helping them achieve their aspirations, from getting the best outcome in selling their home to finding a new home they will truly love.
