Last year I had the pleasure of meeting Thomas Millioto when he was showing an apartment for a neighbor. I was very impressed by his polite and distinguished demeanor, so I asked him for a business card because I knew our tenants would be moving later that year. Roughly 6 weeks before our tenant's lease was up, I called Mr. Millioto and he made himself available right away.
