Rory Bolger launched his real estate career in 2005 and went on to achieve widespread success in the Manhattan market. A certified negotiation expert, he has worked with thousands of landlords and showcased some of the city’s premier new developments, garnering over $12 million in revenue. In 2016, Rory was certified by the Real Estate Board of New York as one of only 450 New York Residential Specialists—an elite group of less than 2% of all licensed residential professionals in the city. He has also ranked among the NRT's top 1,000 agents in the country out of over 44,000 real estate professionals.
In the summer of 2022, Bolger recruited fellow BHS agents Katie Bassak and Ashley Giannotti to join The Rory Bolger Team. I (Ethan) and my mother (Kelly) have worked with Ashley through the search for an apartment in New York as I begin a new job in August. She was extremely dedicated to our search throughout the week. We came out to the city from Ohio and put in countless hours both during the work day and after in order to ensure we were taken care of and all our needs and desires were met. Even though Ashley normally does not work with renters, she was extremely knowledgeable about the rental market and was able to thoroughly explain the details to non-natives like us so we were able to understand the market better. Ashley is extremely personable and enjoyable to be around, which made our experience even greater. She was also on top of all documents through the application process, which was no easy feat considering I have not started my job yet and my guarantor is self-employed.
