Stephanie's love of houses, design, and country living led her to become a real estate agent in the Hamptons where she has owned and traded property for over 30 years. With an international business background, a history of listing and selling in all price points and experience in renovation, Stephanie has been able to capitalize on her negotiation skills, an international roster of clients and her keen eye for quality, comfort and style in matching the right customer with the perfect home at the right price.
As the long time owner of a historic Sag Harbor Village home, Stephanie's knowledge of and expertise in historic home restoration, renovation and ownership has allowed her to successfully and enthusiastically represent other historic homes throughout the Hamptons – such as the 1790s Braden residence in Water Mill and the turn-of-the-century Reeves estate in East Hampton.
Stephanie's career began at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. She took the skills learned in acting and applied them to her position as a successful model agent for the legendary Eileen Ford Model Agency in Manhattan before becoming an independent agent for world renowned fashion photographers as well as hair/makeup and fashion stylists.
Operating for years in international venues such as France, Italy and England where she worked with major fashion powerhouses, Stephanie has established numerous and longstanding relationships with industry icons, helping her to form an elite, sophisticated clientele who support her Hamptons real estate brokerage career. She is a member of the Madoo Conservancy, and an avid supporter of St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
Based in the Bridgehampton office of Brown Harris Stevens of the Hamptons, Stephanie is able to successfully represent both sales and rental properties throughout the Hamptons and, with the help of Brown Harris Stevens, to find ideal property matches for her customers – whether seeking properties in the Hamptons or abroad.
