Stacy Kingston is a dynamic real estate agent with a fresh perspective on Manhattan's vibrant property market. With a background in psychology and retail, accompanied by a passion for understanding people, Stacy brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to her role at Brown Harris Stevens. She is a member of The Singer Team at Brown Harris Stevens.
Born in Russia, Stacy has resided on the Upper East Side for nearly 15 years. She completed her secondary education at the Marymount School and decided to stay in New York for her undergraduate career due to her strong connection to the city. While attending NYU, Stacy studied psychology with minors in Child Adolescent Mental Studies and Bioethics. Her academic background equipped her with invaluable interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of human behavior, which she seamlessly translates into her real estate practice.
Aside from her educational background, Stacy’s journey into real estate was shaped by her upbringing, growing up with investment properties as a point of her daily life. This led to her involvement with various properties such as 43 West 64th Street, 737 Park Avenue, 530 Park Avenue, 200 West End Avenue, and most recently, the Selene at 100 East 53rd Street. From this, she learned the art of searching, showing, and negotiating, provided with a knowledge of board packages.
Drawing from her experiences in retail and academia, Stacy approaches each transaction with resourcefulness, pragmatism, and adaptability. Specializing in various neighborhoods including the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, and the Village, her extensive familiarity with Manhattan allows her to provide unparalleled service to her clients. She is also fluent in Russian, allowing her to tap into a global network of industry connections.
Stacy's decision to join Brown Harris Stevens was driven by the company's alignment with her values and aspirations. She admires the firm's blend of tradition and innovation, which fosters an environment of growth and individuality for its agents.
Outside of real estate, Stacy enjoys spending time with her miniature dachshund, Luna, exploring the culinary delights of New York City, and nurturing her passion for travel and cultural exploration.
