Prior to joining the world of real estate, Rory spent fifteen years in the fitness industry, where he managed health clubs for several large national chains. This experience sharpened his marketing and strategic negotiation skills, which he has since brought to real estate, along with a love for the art of the deal. With extensive connections to professionals on all sides of the real estate industry – attorneys, bankers and movers alike – he has a powerful sphere of influence in NYC. Originally from Litchfield County, Connecticut, Rory has strong ties to both Ireland and New York City. Now a resident of Cobble Hill, he loves his neighborhood’s tree-lined blocks, independent restaurants and central location, but also appreciates all the diverse neighborhoods of Brooklyn. Rory enjoys traveling the globe as well as partaking in all the restaurants and nightlife NYC has to offer. He is also an accomplished runner, and is currently training for the New York City marathon. In his own life - and on behalf of clients, Rory always goes the extra mile.
