Nancy was recently recognized by The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends for being in the top one-half of one percent of all real estate agents in the country. Nancy was also recognized by The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends for being in the top one-percent of all real estate agents nationwide for sales volume in 2010. The Real Estate Board of New York honored Nancy Candib in 2001 with the Residential Deal of the Year Award, for what was considered to be the most challenging and complex transaction in the sale of two buildings on Park Avenue.
Ms. Candib's achievements include selling the most expensive private townhouse in New York City in multiple years, each time representing the firm's biggest deal of the year.
Nancy has worked for over 25 years as a real estate broker. Ms. Candib is the mother of two grown children and makes her home on the Upper East Side. A native of western Massachusetts, she earned a BA in history from Brandeis and an MA in history of art and architecture from Boston University. Having lived in Europe, mainly in Spain and in Switzerland, Ms. Candib is proficient in Spanish and French. Among her favorite leisure activities are gardening, horseback riding, skiing and traveling abroad.
