Lola Pearl has had an extensive and successful background in Real Estate. Before joining the highly successful Elaine Clayman / Justine Bray Team at Brown Harris Stevens, her experience included both sales and leasing in addition to her work on syndications and conversions.
Lola was Director of Leasing for over 6,000 commercial/residential units. She was also the General Manager of Glen Oaks Village, the largest garden apartment complex in the US with over 3000 units and a staff of 80 people. In addition, Lola was President of Cuyler & Co, a division of Hanover Companies, with total responsibility of over 10,000 units consisting of rentals, co-op, condominiums and commercial properties. Subsequently Lola became Vice President of Operations of Hanover Companies. At Hanover she supervised building management companies, agents and brokers for high/low rise and garden apartments including rentals, cooperative and condominiums.
Lola was invited to be a member of The Elaine Clayman / Justine Bray Team because of her vast knowledge of the New York City market. Lola brings high energy, commitment and a sharp mind and eye to all exclusives we represent and buyers with whom she works.
