Joan has lived in Westport, CT since leaving her native Ireland. Real estate has been her life’s profession and passion 24/7 in the Westport, Weston, Fairfield, Stamford and surrounding towns for 35 years.
Joan began her real estate career in 1974 in Westport, CT where she continues to maintain her broker’s license. She served on numerous boards and committees over her many years in the business. She served on the Board of Directors of the Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors from 1998-2000, the education committee and continues to serve on the grievance committee. She is a member of the CT Association of Realtors, Consolidated MLS Service, and National Association of Realtors. She has her ABR designation. She has extensive experience at sales and property management. She managed a satellite office of a Westport-based firm for over eight years. She’s worked with numerous developers on new construction. Having personal experience at construction and managing numerous rental properties, she has a keen eye for the upsides and downsides of real estate investments to share with her clients.
