Known for her warm, energetic nature and community pride, Darien resident Stephanie Hanford is deeply knowledgeable about the area’s schools, organizations, athletics, and social events. She grew up on Long Island, went to college in Florida, and lived in New York City for 10 years before relocating to Connecticut’s gold coast. During 20+ years as a youth educator, she developed keen social, networking, and conflict resolution skills, which serve as an asset when working with clients.
With a client-focused approach and experience working with two of the top real estate teams in New York City and Connecticut, including the Louise Phillips Forbes Team—Breda Casey is adept at helping buyers and sellers navigate transactions of all types. Diligent, personable, and reliable, she ensures that her clients are comfortable and confident in their decisions. A native of Ireland who has lived in Stamford for 15 years, Breda is deeply familiar with Lower Fairfield County, from its real estate to its distinct characteristics and points of interest.
Born and raised in Westchester County, Jennifer Farnum and her family moved to Westport in 1995 and currently reside in Rowayton. In addition to being an expert in the Rowayton, New Canaan, Darien, and Westport real estate markets, Jennifer is a NYC transplant, having previously lived in the city for a decade. A graduate of St. Lawrence University, she spent 12 successful years working at Bloomingdales, Lacoste, and Ralph Lauren as a planning manager. Jennifer combines her keen business sense with her natural talent for design to help clients find and create their dream homes.
