Heather Johnson Sargent is an accomplished New York City real estate broker dedicated to consistently delivering the highest level of service to her loyal and satisfied clientele. With over twenty successful years of experience and a track record to prove it, Heather is an admired expert in the industry. She has helped clients buy and sell over one billion dollars worth of real estate throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Heather’s enthusiasm and energy, coupled with her encyclopedic knowledge of the city and her top-notch negotiation skills, make her the key asset to any real estate search.
Heather joined Brown Harris Stevens, the city’s most respected residential real estate firm, in 2018. The firm’s state of the art marketing tools and worldwide marketing exposure compliment Heather’s uncompromising client services. Heather’s success is rooted in her ability to navigate cooperative boards, and her understanding of the city’s architecture and floorplans (she believes she was meant be an architect in a past life). She knows many cooperative's and condominium's layouts off the top off her head and especially enjoys seeing the rich bones of the city's many townhouses. Heather is also a “people person"-working with her makes your apartment search not only successful, but fun.
A Manhattan native, Heather attended The Chapin School and Greenwich Academy in Greenwich, CT. Upon graduation from Duke University, Heather joined top producing Corcoran brokers, Sharon Baum and Elizabeth Mottram, and took the industry by storm. She pursued a growing, younger, upscale sector of the New York City market. The rest is history. Now twenty years later, Heather has happily bought and sold apartments with some of her first clients three times over!
Heather lives in Greenwich with her husband and four children, aged 4 to 18. She is a trustee at Greenwich Academy and on the board of JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), a cause that is very dear to her heart. She is proud to have completed the NYC Marathon on Team JDRF in 2016 and 2017. Heather is also licensed in Connecticut, enabling her to give her Manhattan clients maximum exposure.
