Gary’s keen sense of aesthetics and fine-tuned business acumen were cultivated from vast experience in the Fashion Industry where he was a partner in a successful retail apparel business. As a real estate professional with in-depth knowledge of the New York City real estate market, whether working with sellers or buyers, Gary is an astute listener, understanding exactly what is needed of customers and clients. Extremely detail oriented and client focused, he takes his business very seriously and is honored when clients choose to work with him.
Gary and his wife are raising their two children on the Upper East Side. They take full advantage of all neighborhoods in the city, whether eating in the West Village or shopping at great boutiques in SoHo. He loves watching his kids at their basketball and soccer games, enjoys his weekly basketball league and is a diehard Knicks fan.
Gary is a member of the Parents Association at Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School where his kids go to school. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and is a member of the university’s Alumni Association. He is also a Member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
