Clients and peers alike trust Sandra's knowledge and expertise implicitly, which spans all areas of real estate, from co-ops and condos to townhouses and development projects.
Sandra Wilson has enjoyed diverse and fulfilling success as a real estate sales and management professional since her entry into the field in 2002. Her career evolved from working in sales at a boutique Westchester County agency to becoming a top-producing Senior Vice President in the West Side office of a leading New York City real estate firm, to managing that brokerage's Upper Manhattan office which grew dramatically under her leadership. It's no wonder that Halstead took notice of her stellar reputation and expertise, and asked her to manage up their Harlem office.
Sandra's tireless work ethic and inspirational leadership serve to greatly benefit both her Agents and her clients. She is fortunate to have the opportunity to guide Agents in growing their business, streamlining deals and ensuring customer satisfaction as their Director, while simultaneously serving her own loyal real estate clients in the purchase and sale of their Manhattan homes.
Clients and peers alike trust Sandra's knowledge and expertise implicitly, which spans all areas of real estate, from co-ops and condos to townhouses and development projects. She transferred her blue-chip service skills and management experience from the corporate world at American Express, where she spent 25 years and won just about every award. Sandra managed travel and card sales offices for Amex in Manhattan, and sold the travel franchise programs nationwide - breaking records and marketing upscale, one-of-a-kind travel programs to discerning Platinum and Centurion Card members.
Sandra loves real estate as much as she does the people in it. She believes in going above and beyond the call of duty to deliver the attention her Agents and clients deserve. Sandra's personal experience buying and renovating several homes fuels her overall knowledge of the business, and gives her an even deeper understanding of the process and what's involved emotionally and financially.
A native New Yorker, Sandra attended Drew University in Madison, NJ and Fordham University in New York City. Eager to see the world, she worked for airlines before joining American Express. Sandra and her husband Ron, previously with Newsweek Magazine and NBC News, lived on Manhattan's Upper West Side for many years before relocating to Westchester County where they currently reside.
