A Hamptons native and longtime East End attorney, Philip oversees Brown Harris Steven’s regional operations from the firm’s thriving Hamptons and North Fork offices.
Philip brings extensive real estate industry experience in the Hamptons to BHS, as well as a strong background in sales management. Before joining BHS, Philip served for seven years as a Managing Director for Corcoran on the East End. He is passionate about agent career development and has a successful track record for helping agents - both new and experienced - take their business to the next level. As agents tend to hit several plateaus throughout their professional path, one of Philip's greatest assets is the ability to assess career challenges, identify an agent's unique skills, and assist them in developing a detailed tactical plan to raise the bar higher than they might have ever imagined.
Raised in East Hampton, Philip earned his BS degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and was awarded a Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School. He resides in East Hampton with his wife and two rescue dogs from the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons. He serves as a volunteer firefighter in East Hampton and is extremely dedicated to all aspects of his community including positions as the Chairman of the Town of East Hampton Community Preservation Advisory Board, former Chairperson of the East Hampton Village Planning Board, and member of East Village Zoning Board of Appeals. Though he has traveled to many places, Philip has always been glad to come back to his roots in the Hamptons, which he considers one of the most beautiful places in the world.
