Throughout his 25 years in the real estate field, Eugene Cordano has garnered the respect of his clients and colleagues. Since joining Halstead Property in 1997, Gene quickly established himself as a top broker and became a member of Halstead's prestigious Platinum Circle, the Producer's Council and the Gold Circle. After eleven successful years as an agent with Halstead Property, Gene was promoted to Director of Sales, Metro New Jersey for Halstead's new office in Hoboken. He was recently promoted to Executive Director of Sales, New Jersey.
With extensive experience and dedication along with a keen knowledge of the New Jersey market, Gene is responsible for the strategic growth, direction and hands on management of Halstead's first signature storefront office in Hoboken as well as exploring new opportunities in the New Jersey market. In addition, he currently spearheads the sales and marketing efforts for new developments in the area. He successfully handled the sales and marketing for the "A Condos," Halstead's first high-rise condo development project in Jersey City, which we are proud to announce is sold out.

Building on his father's teaching, he will be bringing to his new position his background in a full range of real estate services in sales, rentals, project development from site acquisition and planning to sales and marketing. Gene is also knowledgeable in residential condominium conversions with income producing or investment and 1031 properties. His practice, as an agent, included commercial coop and condos, retail, sale lease backs and land sales.
