Ghislaine Absy has an international sensibility and has lived and travelled extensively between Paris, Beirut and London. She is able to conduct business with equal ability in English as well as French and knows some Italian and Arabic. Ms. Absy joined Brown Harris Stevens in 1991. For the past sixteen years has worked in partnership with Julie Cummings Siff. Together they specialize in high-end properties from Park Avenue to Riverside Drive as well as downtown. They have negotiated the sale of important residential properties in various notable buildings in New York, including the Sherry Netherlands, 480 Park Avenue, 525 Park Avenue, 812 Park Avenue, 953 Park Avenue, The Osborne on West 57th Street, and in notable townhouses including 41 East 62nd Street and a charming residence on MacDougal Alley. Ms. Absy lives near the Whitney Museum in the East 70's. Her interests include art and travel.
