Known for delivering impeccable service and outstanding results, Reid is a seasoned industry veteran and new development expert who has directed numerous sales programs that have consistently exceeded expectations and have frequently set sales records. His diverse experience has spanned the gamut of properties, ranging from a four-unit boutique conversion to 60 stories of ground-up construction with over 500 units, and has included representation of some of Manhattan's most desirable condominiums, including the New Museum Building, 285 Lafayette Street, the Atalanta Building and The Hubert. Hailing from North Carolina, Reid studied Public Relations and Communications at North Carolina State University, where he spent three years as a member and captain of its nationally-ranked cheerleading squad. Prior to entering real estate, he thrived in an international modeling career working with some of the world's most famous designers, and traveling extensively in Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe.
