Kathryn Berry comes to real estate from the world of architecture and interiors. She has been the principal of her own firm since 1985. Her work includes numerous award winning commercial, residential and institutional projects which have been widely published in the architectural and popular press. Kathryn has a degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and an architecture degree from Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. Kathryn was an urban pioneer, and lived in an artist's loft in Chelsea from 1980 to 2001. She worked for Zeckendorf Realty and the Trump Organization doing Model Apartments.
