A true world traveler, Jenny Park Adam lived and worked throughout Asia, Europe and North America before making Manhattan her home. Educated in Korea, Japan, Switzerland and the US, Jenny's studies led her to a master's degree in Art History, Connoisseurship and the History of the Art Market and a lifelong passion for interior decoration and architecture. Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, Jenny implemented marketing and sales campaigns for the Hotel Plaza Athenée in Tokyo and had an extensive career in international private banking assisting high net worth families and individuals meet their investment and wealth preservation objectives. Jenny's marketing and negotiation skills and multi-cultural background have proven invaluable in her real estate career, particularly when assisting non-native New Yorkers with relocations to and within the city. In addition, Jenny has been active in art consulting to the network of international private clients for their fine art collections, having been trained and worked at the curatorial and research department in New York City's museum previously. She is also a collector of her own right, collecting contemporary paintings and fine art photography as well as Asian, European and American antique furniture and artifacts. Jenny is a devoted patron of New York's art community, being a member of Acquisitions Committee of Young Collectors Council at The Guggenheim Museum, and a member of The Contemporary Arts Council of The Museum of Modern Art. Along with a working knowledge of French and German, Jenny is fluent in English, Korean and Japanese. She currently resides on the Upper Westside and enjoys playing piano and classical singing, and playing tennis and golf as a member at The Saint Andrew's Golf Club in Hastings-on-Hudson.
