Gail Gros brings to Brown Harris Stevens nearly ten years of professional real estate experience. Prior to her arrival at BHS, Gail spent six years at William B. May as both Vice President/Associate Broker in Sales, and Associate Director of the Relocation Department. Gail, an effusive, exuberant, “people” person, has an innate skill which epitomizes excellence in a real estate broker: she listens. Gail has developed and adheres to the anagram that spells out her key to success: G-R-O-W. Gail listens to and helps to identify the GOALS of each of her clients. She then discerns the REALITIES within each client's unique situation. Next, Gail identifies the OPTIONS for each client utilizing her intense research skills, professional real estate network, and passion for finding a hidden treasure. Finally, she WRAPS IT UP, devoting her indefatigable energy and keen interpersonal skills to ensure a successful closing of the transaction. Having lived on both the Upper Eastside and Westside, as well as downtown, Gail has a wealth of knowledge of Manhattan's environs. Before her launch in the real estate field, Gail owned and operated a fragrance importing business. Gail is fluent in French, enjoys cooking, and discovering new ethnic restaurants with her husband, Marcel.
