Evelyn Albino is a licensed broker and a Senior Vice President at Brown Harris Stevens. She has twelve years of real estate experience selling fine properties in New York City. Her knowledge of Manhattan's Upper East and West sides includes extensive details regarding many co-ops and condos, their amenities, recent building improvements, and application requirements. Representing both buyers and sellers helps Evelyn to keep on top of this fast paced market, where being the first one in doesn't always mean "getting the deal.” Her clients are always assured that she works hard to help them quickly and expertly to a successful closing. Prior to coming to Brown Harris Stevens, Evelyn was an administrative partner in a boutique real estate company in the City. It was there she learned the business aspects of the industry inside and out and mastered selling, maintaining the position of the firm's top salesperson. While running a company and selling apartments, she honed her skills and the company thrived due to her exhaustive efforts. Now that she has made the move to Brown Harris Stevens, she is thrilled to be able to focus primarily on her first love - SELLING! Evelyn earned a BFA from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, graduating with highest honors in 1986. Her background in Theatre and the Arts, as well as her paralegal experience, paved the way for her real estate career. Married to a NYC firefighter and raising 3 sons, Evelyn truly has the best of both worlds.
