Debra Greco is a Vice President and Associate Broker at Brown Harris Stevens. Debra has overseen the sales and marketing of $250 million in residential condominium sales in new development. In both Manhattan and Brooklyn, she has worked with customers across all neighborhoods and markets servicing both the luxury penthouse market and the first time home buyer. Debra has worked along side developers to provide valuable guidance in their buildings' planning stages, and she collaborates with architects on specifics such as unit mix, kitchen and bath finishes and amenities to best suit the needs of an expansive condominium market. Her new development consulting services provide for the individual needs of her customers, resulting in the perfect home. Debra brings over 20 years of Sales, Marketing and Design experience to Brown Harris Stevens. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Debra spent many years in the luxury fashion industry. Along with her husband, they launched a nationally recognized apparel company. She gained a wealth of experience leasing and designing retail stores along with national showrooms. A degree in Design and Marketing has afforded Debra an opportunity to combine her love of design with her business acumen to provide superior customer service. Debra has lived in Manhattan for over 20 years. She has lived Downtown, on the Upper East Side and has resided in the Lincoln Center area for the past 10 years. She is actively involved in the community and has first hand knowledge of life in the City.
