Cheryl Bassin grew up in a real estate family. Her grandfather, father and uncle were all major brick masons here in New York City. Blueprints and floorplans are second nature to Cheryl, and she is well versed in finance and mortgages. Cheryl also has had experience decorating many homes and has a keen sense of spacial relations and design. In 1992, after raising two sons in Manhattan's Carnegie Hill area, Cheryl decided to enter the real estate business herself, and quickly became an expert in co-operative and condominium sales. Although she works throughout Manhattan, her concentration is the Upper East Side, and Cheryl has become particularly attuned to the needs of sellers and buyers at 1025 Fifth Avenue and 200 East 90th Street. She has been an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York for over ten years and currently serves on The Membership Committee and the Residential Sales Council Committee.
