Senior Vice President Burt Savitsky joined Brown Harris Stevens in 1998 following record breaking sales in one of Manhattan's prime Upper East Side buildings. He is a twenty five year residential real estate veteran and a top producer. Mr. Savitsky helps buyers visualize what they want and calmly navigate the buying process for a condominium or a cooperative including the more detailed cooperative board process. He studied psychology at the University of Massachusetts and received an MBA in Marketing from Babson College in Wellesley, and he has a decade of advertising account management experience with top national clients. He is skilled in the creative marketing of exclusive listings. With Senior Vice President Elayne Roskin, Mr. Savitsky also specializes in Estate Properties, both being expert in the challenges of this market. Mr. Savitsky also teams with Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Gerald Crown to provide value added service for many customers and clients. Mr. Savitsky is assisted by his daughter, Jessica, a graduate of Syracuse University, who recently joined Brown Harris Stevens as a Sales Associate. Mr. Savitsky is married to the theatrical producer, Carol Cogan Savitsky and he is also the father of Nicole, a freshman at the University of Michigan. Mr. Savitsky is a Trustee of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a former Trustee of Temple Shaaray Tefila on East 79th Street, a 25-year Upper East Side resident and an active member of the Real Estate Broad of New York.
